De show van Matthew Mole op vrijdag 15 maart gaat niet door. De nieuwe datum van de show is 28 augustus 2022. Tickethouders worden via de mail op de hoogte gebracht.
Matthew schrijft het volgende:
"Hey everybody
its with extreme frustration that we once again find ourselves unable to make all our upcoming shows work together as a collective across the whole of Europe and UK due to some differing territory Covid rules. We have managed to reschedule everything and could not be happier with the dates we have gotten as most venues are the same and we have managed to add in one or two shows. The good news is all tickets will be valid for the new dates so you don’t need to do anything on your side. I am so grateful for the fans that I have and that they have committed and stuck through this with me, this tour in August is going to be the best tour I have done – I could not be more excited to see you all again.

MATTHEW MOLE
De Zuid-Afrikaanse singer-songwriter Matthew Mole maakt opgewekte indiefolk met elektronische invloeden. Mole’s debuutalbum The Home We Built (2013) en de opvolger Run (2016) laten een zelfverzekerde artiest horen die niet alleen prima nummers schrijft, maar ook nog eens is gezegend met een expressieve stem. Zijn landgenoten van het frisse elektropoptrio Opposite the Other hebben net als Mole al een flinke live-reputatie opgebouwd in Zuid-Afrika (zo deden ze het voorprogramma van The Lumineers).
Zijn nieuwste plaat 'Ghost' gaat over uitdagingen en moeilijkheden in het leven overwinnen. Matthew Mole: "The songs on this album represent fighting difficult situations in life. A lot of the difficulty comes down to fear or insecurity. The ghost represents those insecurities,” he explains. “It is something that intimidates us when we feel most vulnerable, but which ultimately has no power over us because we know that things will get better."

Will Linley is 20 jaar, komt uit Kaapstad, maakt muziek sinds zijn 13e en dat werpt tegenwoordig behoorlijke vruchten af. Sinds het releasen van zijn single 'Miss me (when your gone)' is zijn populariteit enorm gegroeid en lijkt hier voorlopig nog geen rem op te zitten. Gelukkig maar!
